AgCentric Farm Agency, LLC is a Sioux City-based farm management and rural appraisal company with roots dating back to 1875, when the business first began as the Gilman Agency. Over the decades, it evolved into Hatfield Farm Management Company and later Coffman Farm Agency, continuing a long-standing tradition of professional agricultural services in the region.

AgCentric was formed in March 2021 by Jason Woods and Mike Koopmans to carry forward that legacy of trusted farmland management. In January 2022, AgCentric formally assumed operations as it exists today. We are a multigenerational business serving landowners across Iowa and the Midwest, helping clients protect their investment, maximize farm income, and achieve long-term goals through experienced farm management and appraisal services.
