    Each fall and winter, we develop a crop production plan for the coming year. It includes crop acreage, seed selection, fertility, weed and pest control, and a full budget. Plans are created with the farm operator and submitted for your approval. For cash rent farms, we review operator plans to protect productivity.

    We stay current on USDA farm program changes and manage all required paperwork to ensure participation and compliance. You receive quarterly receipts and disbursement reports and an annual income statement. Funds reserved for future expenses may be invested in money market accounts, and we pursue volume discounts to reduce operating costs.
